A Central European knightly sword, circa 1250. A double-edged blade with lenticular cross-section, and fullers on both sides of the upper half. Slightly curved quillons, the finials broadening horizontally and narrowing vertically. Flat tang with a slightly oval disk pommel. Heavily corroded on one side. Pommel and quillons have remnants of the excavation encrustations (cloth adhesion?).
