NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Feb. 8, 2019) USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) Command Master Chief Laura Nunley, from West Covina, California, returns the salutes of Ford Sailors as she is piped ashore. Ford is currently undergoing its post-shakedown availability at Huntington Ingalls Industries-Newport News Shipbuilding.
