SINGAPORE (Oct. 2, 2018) - Sailors and Marines aboard amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) man the rails as the ship arrives in Singapore. Prior to the ship's arrival to Singapore, Wasp and the31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) provided Defense Support to Civil Authorities in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands following the aftermath of Typhoon Mangkhut, and conducted training in the East and South China Seas.
