Air Force Airmen assigned to the 31st OSS Air Traffic Control Tower and Airfield Management section trained with and tested Phantom AZL-15 lighting kits. The Phantom AZL-15 lighting kit contains approximately 35 LED lamps that are powered with batteries and can be turned on anytime or set up with remotes.
