The closed Milford Plaza Hotel on Eighth Avenue off of Times Square in New York is seen on Wednesday, August 4, 2010. The 1,300-room hotel, which for years used the slogan "the Lullaby of Broadway", has been closed last December 2009 for renovations, which were stopped in March 2010.
