It is desirable that the provinceof the architect and the i)rovince of the contractor should be more fully andmore definitely understood by the public. Whether this can be accomplishedthrough the medium of legislation may be an open c|uestion. An enlargement ofthe powers of the state board is legally possible but such an extension of with the legislature of the state and not with the state board of archi-tecture.
