Relatives and friends hold portraits of Ukrainian civilian prisoners and prisoners of war (POW) during the rally in support of Ukrainian prisoners outside the Presidential Office in swaps prisoners with pro-Russian separatists in attempt to end war. According to the President of Ukraine official site, during phone talk the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of Russia Vladimir Putin agreed to proceed with the approval of new lists for the release of Ukrainians, including Crimeans from Crimea and Russia, and Russians held in Ukraine.
