We have found that the best wayto cultivate and flower it successfully is to place the pots whichcontain the plants under a covering of damp sphagnum mossin a warm sunny house, as near the glass as possible. It has the same habit ofgrowth as the type, but is far more free in blooming, pro-ducing its flowers when quite young. The racemes are teninches in length, and bear from five to six flowers, which arericher and deeper in colour than in the old form. Thisplant is magnificently grown by J.
