Scenic Artist Michael Doherty prepares a 1902 Thornycroft 4 ton steam lorry for exhibition. It is standing on a cobbled street with tramlines in the reconstructed town of Milestones which is a living history museum in Basingstoke Hampshire. The purpose built town including a railway station tram depot garage lorry manufacturers and brewery was opened by the Duke of Edinburgh on 1st December 2000
