The Auricula Theatre at Calke Abbey, Derbyshire, UK
Calke Abbey is a National Trust property in the East Midland of England. It has beautiful gardens, including the Auricula Theatre which was built in the 18th century to display auricula plants, which were extremely costly at the time, each spring. At the end of April each year, it is once again full of auriculas at their best, grown in terracotta pots.
