A worker circulates fermenting wine with a pump at La Abeja Winery in San Rafael, Mendoza, Argentina. The procedure is called a pump over. Wine is drained from the bottom of a vat and pumped back up ino the top of the vat, mixing the fermenting wine. La Abeja is the oldest winery in San Rafeal, founded in 1883.
