We linger almost lovingly over the folio broadside on which wereprinted, occupying but a single page, the proceedings of this initialgathering. Turning from it to the huge volume that records thedoings of our last triennial, we have at a glance the evidence of thechurchs growth and power. Let us then strive to follow these worthymen into their gathering-place, and record the proceedings of thismeeting so fraught with consequences of good to generations thenunborn.
