Corporal William Wagner adjusts the sights on a 120 mm mortar in the direction of a reference point during Recconnaissance, Selection, and Occupying Position training at Camp Lejeune, , Jan. 6. Each Marine was given the oppotunity to play the role of gunner and assistant gunner in scenarios given to them by their section chief. Approximately ten Marines from Alpha Battery, 1st Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment will attend upcoming gunner courses and qulaify to operate the 120 mm mortar weapons system in a live-fire situation.
