At around yesterday officers attended Herschel Park, following a report from the public. Officers attended the scene and found the remains of a person. An investigation is ongoing into the death, which is currently being treated as unexplained. Detective Inspector Nick Hind, of Thames Valley Police Major Crime Unit, said: “We are investigating the circumstances of this death, which is currently being treated as unexplained. “While these incidents will no doubt cause concern to people in and around Slough, I’d like to reassure people that we are conducting a full and thorough investigation. “Because of this, a scene watch is in place around Herschel Park, and we expect this to remain during the coming days".
