New York, United States. 27th Feb, 2017. Started today 27, Grand Central's "Taste of the Dining Concourse" week that will feature free tastings until March 03. The event takes place at the Grand Central Terminal in central New York. Visitors can try out Papdi Chaat for free - crispy layered wheat fries with potatoes, chutney, yogurt, chickpeas and spices, ice cream, falafel, banana pudding among other delicacies.
