The high school students worked together on a building a paper tower for the Army Corps of Engineers, E Week Competition “Towering Above the Imagination.” Students throughout, Walla Walla, College Place and Pendleton Middle and High School will be participating in the Corps competition from February 20th to the 26th engineers from Corps districts are in the classrooms introducing engineering concepts to students and teachers, using hands-on projects to connect them to real-world careers in STEM.
