TOKYO BAY (May 31, 2016) Operations Specialist 3rd Class Britt Compagni, from Tampa, Florida, scans the horizon while standing a forward lookout watch on vulture's row aboard the Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The forward lookout watch gets a complete view of where the ship is navigating and relays information regarding potential hazards. Ronald Reagan provides a combat-ready force, which protects and defends the collective maritime interests of the and its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
