Families and friends await the dismissal of their new Marines from Hotel Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, before liberty call at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Nov. 19. This is the first time they have seen their Marines since they arrived at the depot 13 weeks ago. Today, all males recruited from west of the Mississippi are trained at MCRD San Diego. The depot is responsible for training more than 16,000 recruits annually. Hotel Company is scheduled to graduate Nov. 20.
