Proboscis fully developed ; palpi slender, porrect, and reaching well beyond the frons ; anteunaj ciliated, tibite with the sjiurs moderate. Fore wing short and broad, the costa arched ; vein 2 from middle of cell, curved at base ; 3 from close to angle ; 5 from well above angle ; 6 from below upper angle ; 7, 8 stalked; 9 absent; 10, 11 free. Hind wing with vein 2 from towards angle of cell; 5 from well above angle; 6, 7 stalked ; 8 from middle of cell. Sect. I. (Narasodes). Hind wing with veins 3, 4 coincident. 555. Narasodes punctana.
