Antennae considerably smaller and shorter and the third joint shorter than in the male. Front tarsi simple. Wings not so broad, darker, brownish tinged. Length 4—5,7 mm. B. confusus is not rare in Denmark; Tisvilde, Rorvig, Vedbaek; in Jutland at Funder near Silkeborg, Blaavand, Bovbjerg, Saeby, Frederikshavn and Hulsig and Jerup north of Frederikshavn, and on
