Republic of Korea Brigadier Gen. Air Force Hwan Chul Kim, Defense Installations Agency commanding general, receives a mission brief from Air Force Lt. Col. Anthony St. Aubyn, 354th Fighter Wing director of operations, while on a base tour at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, September 26, 2022. During the visit, Kim received a mission and arctic strategy brief from Eielson leadership. He toured the installation, including the flightline, to discuss RED FLAG-Alaska operations and airfield modernization.
