A heavv fault In July, 1920, the shaft had reached a depth of 900 feet, and in October ore was encountered in drifting- on this level. 28 Department of Mines No. 4 plane is often in evidence in the workings, the gouge being frequently several inchesthick. Considerable brecciation of ore has occurred, indicating faulting subse-quent to ore deposition. The best ore is a bright red porphyry or syenite through which there areribbons of quartz carrying tellurides, copper pyrites, iron pyrites, molybdenite, graphite, calcite and native gold. The vein is principally in the porphyry andsyenite that lies adjacent to a band of conglomerate, greywacke and quartzite, in /6</2Screw Con</eyor. /Voonet/cPuZ/ey 9EQua//zerTar>k6x5 ///dr/chPump 5^6 Te/sm/t/) Crusher(Gyratory) V[^^
