And they, being hungry, picked some of the ears, and rubbed out thegrains with their hands and did eat them. When the Pharisees saw it theyfound fault, and said, that the disciples were working on the Sabbath. ButJesus told them that he was not to be judged for what he did on that day,because he was the Lord, or Master, of the Sabbath. 238.
