Rule 85. The evidence of a joint inspector or the jointevidence of two persons, one representing the owner of thecar, and the other representing the delivering road, that therepairs are not proper, shall be final. A joint evidencecard shall be used for this purpose, which shall describeand show location of parts repaired or renewed. The endof the car on which the brake staff is located shall beknown as B end, and the opposite end as A there are two brake staffs on the car, the end to-ward which the cylinder push rod travels shall be knownas B end.
