Chicago White Sox pitcher Hector Santiago signs autographs for Sailors from Capt. James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center at a luncheon event at the State of Illinois Donnelly Armory. The United Service Organizations of Illinois teamed up with the Chicago White Sox to honor local servicemembers with the luncheon in remembrance of the Sept. 11 terrorist attack. Eight Lovell FHCC Sailors had the opportunity to attend.
