Unless one understands fully and thoroughly the laws of this country andthe spirit of the nation, it would be dangerous for one to advocate changes inthe form of government by trying to bring into it untried theories. It is like trying to play baseball with a bowling pin. The only right way to proceed would be to familiarize yourselr first withthe laws and customs of this country and penetrate into its spirit, and if thereare changes to be suggested, that should be done in the regular form approvedby our Constitution. The Tail of the Little Black Bear THIS is a tale of the tail of a little blackbear, who lived witli his mamma wayout in Yellowstone National little bears nanie was Sonny. Now,thats a funnj^ name for a little bear, isntit? But thats what his mamma called him,so that must have been his name. Now Sonny and his mamma lived in thewoods quite close to the beautiful canyonof the Yellowstone River. E\-ery day the\would walk over to the cliffs and see thepeople who came to the canyon. Some-times there would be little girls and boys,and nearly every day there would be candyor popcorn, or something nice and sweetfor Sonny Bear. It was on a bright da\- in June, of thisyear, that Mamma Bear and Sonny cameout of the woods and walked nearly up to aplace called Artists Point.
