The Tail of the Little Black Bear THIS is a tale of the tail of a little blackbear, who lived witli his mamma wayout in Yellowstone National little bears nanie was Sonny. Now,thats a funnj^ name for a little bear, isntit? But thats what his mamma called him,so that must have been his name. Now Sonny and his mamma lived in thewoods quite close to the beautiful canyonof the Yellowstone River. E\-ery day the\would walk over to the cliffs and see thepeople who came to the canyon. Some-times there would be little girls and boys,and nearly every day there would be candyor popcorn, or something nice and sweetfor Sonny Bear. It was on a bright da\- in June, of thisyear, that Mamma Bear and Sonny cameout of the woods and walked nearly up to aplace called Artists Point. This is whereall of the artists like to come and to drawbeautiful pictures of the canyon, for this iswhere it can be seen best. Little Sonnyliked to look down into the canyon,
