Along with the Desert Rogues, the 1st Battalion, 30th Infantry Regiment “Battle Boars”, were re-assigned to the 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team. The ceremony marks one of the final steps taken to inactivate the 2nd ABCT, slated to take place in January.
