Senior Airman Maurice Grey, a combat arms training and maintenance instructor, briefs a class on weapon malfunction procedures for the M4 carbine. The CATM course at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst adopted the use of the M4, along with new Air Force qualifications procedures earlier this year. The new course of fire takes on average 10 to 12 hours to complete.
