Point de Cordova.—There are two ways of workingthis Stitch, one like the Point de Reprise of Guipure dArt(which see), the other as follows: Commence by taking threethreads across the space, place them nearly close together,then twist the needle twice round the third line, and Darna spot across all three lines; twist the needle again over the thread several times, and work a spot over the threelines. Continue to repeat to the end of the line, then fillin the rest of the space with three threads, over whichwork spots, putting the latter opposite the ones firstmade. When this is finished, work the three threadsthe opposite way to form a square, passing the threadsone way over, and the other way under alternately, andbetween the spots already worked.
