A statue of Tadeusz Kościuszko (1746-1817) a national hero of Poland, Belarus, Lithuania and the United States who fought in the Polish uprising against Russia and in the American Revolution. The monument is on Pl. Za Żelazną Bramą in Warsaw, Poland. The statue was unveiled in November 2010 in the presence of the Polish President and the US Ambassador.
