Chefs seen producing doughs for non (nan bread), a regional-known bread delicacy, at a kitchen in the Chorsu Bazaar. Commonly found in Central Asia, the round and flat bread called non, or lepeshka, is a popular staple in Uzbekistan. Such traditional bread differs by regions in terms of appearances and tastes. Each household has their own cooking method.
