Laterthey moved to Worth county, Iowa, and for the last few years havelived with their children. Eight children blessed the union of Mr. and Mrs. Fromm, ofwhom seven survive, namely: Aurora, wife of Delbert Pryor, ofMinnesota; Kate, at home; Clara, wife of John Harry, of ; May, wife of Robert McClintock, of Mason City: Bertha,Charles and John, at home; Elizabeth, 4iirt3- 7 HISTORY OF CERRO GORDO COUNTY 465 JAMES H. BROWN. It would be difficult to think of any citizen in the localitywhose loss would be more severely felt and more sincerely re-gretted than that of James H. Brown, whose death occurred April5, 1910, at his home in Bath township, one mile north of Rockwell,following a one weeks illness with pneiimonia and heart was a man of varied ; a stock-raiser and agriculturist ofthe most scientific and advanced methods; a man of markedpolitical infliiencc: and associated in some high capacity with mostof the important organizations of town and county, as well as valued the best interests of the whole community above thoseof the individual, giving most generously of time and energy tothe public service, and he is mourned by hosts of friends.
