AUSTIN – (March. 22, 2017) Dallas native, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician 1st Class Connor Antkowski of EOD Mobile Unit 11, EOD Group One based in San Diego, assists a student with donning a bomb suit at William B.
