Soldiers assigned to 554th Military Police (MP) Company participate in a qualification exercise involving Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) Spray, or more commonly known as "Pepper Spray." MPs are sprayed with OC Spray and then demonstrate a series of hand-to-hand suspect apprehension techniques while trying to maintain their composure despite the effects of the OC Spray. This training was conducted on Panzer Kaserne, Boeblingen, Germany, 08 February 2019.
