The Air Group Screen was composed of the light cruiser USS Cleveland (CL-35) and Destroyer Division 10, consisting of USS Ellyson (DD-454), USS Forrest (DD-461), USS Fitch (DD-462), USS Corry (DD-463), and USS Hobson (DD-464).
