It was held December 7 and proved to be one of the most interesting meetings held in our new rooms. A general dis- cussion was held on the proper con- ducting of business, on overhead ex- pense in flower stores, and on the surest way to figure the selling price of plants and cut flowers, so as to return alwavs a fair profit to both the grower and the store man. Several new members were elected, which brings the total membership up to 130. W. E. Cook, of Stumpp & Walter Co., was present and gave an interesting talk on New York's successful flower shows and predicted for Cleveland a show second to none. Various Note
