David Saldivar of the California Army National Guard’s 870th Military Police Company and member of Vaccine Support Team (VST) 10, Joint Task Force 115, gingerly applies a COVID-19 vaccine to a Tehama County, California, resident March 26, 2021 at the Community and Senior Center in Red Bluff. The VST 10 element circulates throughout Northern California administering vaccines to residents, most of whom are elderly, who cannot make long journeys to vaccination sites. Cal Guard is actively engaged in supporting communities that need vaccinations.
