Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen, Navy, is welcomed to the Kingdom of Tonga by Ambassador C. Steven McGann and Brig. Gen. Tau?aika ?Dave? Uta?atu, Tonga?s chief of defense, on Nov. 9, 2010. Mullen visited Tonga on the second stop of a Pacific tour to thank the Tongan people for their continuing dedication and support in sending troops to Iraq and Afghanistan.
