PANAMA CANAL (Jan. 9, 2018) Navy Ship's Serviceman 2nd Class Graylon Keeton and Quarter Master Seaman Dillion Hodson stand port forward lookout in preparation for the future amphibious transport dock ship USS Portland (LPD 27) to transit through the Panama Canal. Portland is currently transiting from its building site in Pascagoula, Miss. to its new homeport in San Diego.
