People walking towards the Westfield Shopping Mall, with London in the new Tier 4 measures, the Mall has been closed but for essential and parts of southeast England were put into Tier 4, a tightened measure due to the high presence of the new covid 19 strain. In England, only households living outside a Tier 4 area will be allowed to mix for Christmas and only on Christmas Day. The tier 4 measures are to be reviewed after 30th December.
