NAVAL BASE, SINGAPORE (August 30, 2018) - Rear Adm. Joey Tynch, commander, Task Force 73, sits with Republic of Singapore Navy Col. Seah Poh Yeen, commander, Maritime Security Task Force, and Col. Nicholas Lim, Comprehensive Maritime Awareness Group commander, during a tour of Singapore's Information Fusion Center in support of Southeast Asia Cooperation and Training (SEACAT). This is the 17th annual SEACAT exercise and includes participants from the , Brunei, Bangladesh, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia.
