St. Nicholas'sChapel Lantern Hill Ilfracombe.


Chapel dates back to 1321. A lighthouse from the middle ages and is said to be the oldest working lighthouse in the country. Ceased to be a chapel at the Dissolution. Home to the Davey family, with 14 children between 1835 and 1871. There are occasional religious services held here and the Chapel is available to visitors and is a tourist attraction.
