ARLINGTON, Va. (May 15, 2017) Naval Aircrewman (Tactical Helicopter) 1st Class Mark Brown is fitted for his new chief petty officer uniform at the Navy Exchange in Arlington, Va., during Sailor of the Year week. Brown is the 2016 Navy Reserve Sailor of the Year. He joins three other top Sailors in Washington, , where they will be recognized by Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Steven S. Giordano for their outstanding contributions and advancement to chief petty officer.
