KHAKREZ, Afghanistan (Aug. 22) – Spc. Xanthin Luptak, a combat engineer with 2nd Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, teaches an Afghan Uniformed Police officer how to deactivate an improvised explosive device Aug. 22.
