The commander of Air and Education Training Command, Lt. Gen. Darryl Roberson, holds an all call at the base theater at Holloman Air Force Base, , Dec. 4. Roberson spoke about opening up more special duty positions to fill the need for an estimated 7,000 Air Force personnel expected to join by the end of fiscal year 2016.
