Pheasants from a recent shoot on Cornwall. A darkened more classical style of presentation against a rustic style backdrop.

These two pheasants were brought to me by a gentleman that is a shoot organizer, he said that on this day over two hundred birds were bought down by eight shooters. They had placed several thousand birds out before hand and that it was a good days hunt. They have been plucked, prepped and are ready to be eaten as part of a home cooked family meal.
