Miss Boswell hadcharge of the session of this important committee dur-ing the convention held at Saratoga the early part ofthis month, and she was highly complimented for theexcellence of her program, and for the fairness with. which it represented the different phases of the indus-trial question. Miss Boswell has had some years of experience inpublic work, having organized numerous clubs, and isalways fortunate in holding the confidence of the manyclub women who are her associates. She completed herlaw course at the Washington College of Law of theDistrict of Columbia, and has found her legal knowl-edge of great assistance in her public work. Miss Boswell is connected with the National CivicFederation and during the winter will give a numberof lectures before the womens clubs of the country forthe Welfare Department of the Federation.
