Ruins of the Roman bridge of Centuripe, Sicily
A paved road along the river Simeto and the discovery of the bridge for centuries forgotten, destroyed, perhaps in the Middle Ages, during one of the many invasions, they advance to some scholars the possibility of finding the way frumentaria, the important Roman road Catania and Enna Centuripe. The bridge, generically referred to as the Roman Bridge of Centuripe is located near the Bridge Boat of Pallet Town and consists of four large segments aligned in direction WNW / ESE, the width of about 3 meters and a length of 6-8 meters each, not more perfectly aligned.
