New York, NY, USA. 11 Jun 2021. A 25-foot-long sculpture of the Statue of Liberty reclining has been installed in a public park in the Morningside neighborhood of Manhattan. The artist Zaq Landsberg stated that, "The piece, coated in plaster resin, is sturdy enough to allow viewers to touch, climb, sit atop, lean up against the figure, and interact with the monument at a human level," will be on display through April 2022.
