I believe it is possible for somecases to have their origin from a relaxation of the internal lateralligament, and when that ligament has been stretched to its utmostsection of the lower end of the femur is correct treatment, and thelimb can be brought around and maintained in the corrected was the procedure adopted in this case, and after the bone hadfirmly united the child was allowed to walk without any artificialsupport.
